Peter's Team Diabetes Triathlon (and formerly Marathon) Blog

Did my planned 5k run today, in spite of the brutal windchill. No running tomorrow - I'm driving to Ottawa with my son Chris for a visit with family and then we are going to Quebec City for 3 days of skiing/snowboarding at Stoneham and Mont Ste Anne. Should be great fun. Somehow I will have to squeeze in a few runs too.
