Last Two Posts
I was reading a friend's blog and noted that he was able to send updates from his iPhone. I just checked and turns out my BlackBerry can do the same - text or images. COOL!

Update
I've now been back from my vacation for over a week so time to get a new post here on the blog. First, thanks to my wife for the finish line picture of me at the Rockwood Triathlon. I posted it on my Facebook page and got a couple of ego-boosting comments from friends!!
Had a lovely 2 weeks of vacation in PEI. I got in a number of decent 5-7k runs and several great bike rides. Best of the bunch was a 55k group ride that I did one evening with the local cycling club. I managed to keep up with them for two-thirds of the way but then I "fell off the back" and was on my own. Fortunately, a nice chap slowed down and pedalled with me to the end. It's a huge help when you are riding with others because of the aerodynamics.
Now that I'm back into the normal work routine I need to get back onto a training schedule. Still trying to decide whether I will sign up for the Colby Triathlon at the end of September. It'd be an expensive weekend but fun to get to the States both for the race and to do some shopping.
