My schedule called for a 6K run but actually did a bit more. Beautiful sunshine, temp was reasonable and a brisk wind. Here's a pic of me from the Fredericton Fall Classic 10K a couple years back. Note the pained expression and the absence of other runners. Most had long since finished and were enjoying a beverage at the hopsitality tent while I was still out chuggin along. We back-of-the-pack types often refer to ourselves as penguins. Waddle On !!!
