Not sure if it is only here in the Maritimes that the expression is used but it means a beautiful sunny day with not a cloud in the sky. That was today. Did a 5.5k route at lunch hour and it was wonderful to be out. Followed the trail that runs along the beautiful St. John river. Fredericton (aka Freddy Beach) is certainly hard to beat on a sunny day!! Tomorrow I am scheduled for 10k at lunch - I told my administrative assistant not to book any appointments for me too early in the afternoon, just in case I collapse trying to do that distance mid-day.
