Weekend Report

Did both my scheduled runs on the weekend. Both were 90 minutes and both went well. Saturday had a bit of a twist with 50m sprints every 10 minutes during the run. I think this is the first time that I've done long runs on back-to-back days so we'll see whether I feel the effects tomorrow but so far I feel good.

Tomorrow will be the start of my fourth 2 week training cycle with Coach Mike. I've not yet seen what he has in store for me but I'm sure it'll be challenging!
