Labour Day Weekend
Oh my goodness. The Labour Day weekend is at hand. Where did the summer go? On the upside, I suppose I should be pleased that the marathon start is growing ever closer.
It's been a busy couple of days. Yesterday I was to be out of town so I did my run at 6 am. It was chilly out but very pleasant and the 40 minute run felt great. Today is a rest day and then Saturday/Sunday I'll be doing 90 minute runs.
