The Prize
Here it is folks - the prize. Run 26.2 through the streets of New York and you can get one too!
Today I did a 75 minute long run. Weather was absolutely ideal for running - around 8c with virtually no wind. This is a real bonus considering we are almost at the end of November. Happy to report that Jill did 10k with her Running Room class today. Way to go!!
