Group Run

Last night I joined up with folks at the Running Room and participated in a group run. First time that I have done so and it was lots of fun. Jill is helping to lead a Learn To Run group so she went with them and I went with a Half Marathon clinic group. We did about 7K in 45 minutes which was pretty good considering the cold and the slippery footing.

Oh man, am I jealous. Me here in the deep freeze and you down there sippin frozen marguarita's by the pool. Have a great time!
