Monday Run
I did a short 30 minute recovery run yesterday. It was quite mild out - even saw some people running in shorts but it was a little too cool for me to do that. Rest day today and my next training schedule starts tomorrow. I looked ahead and saw that the long run this weekend is 150 minutes. After that its "taper time" - the runs are all quite short as the days remaining until Boston decrease.
