National Capital Marathon
The National Capital Marathon (NCM) was held yesterday in Ottawa. Before I got the invite to run Boston it had been my plan to train for the NCM Half and I was going to try for a sub-2:00 time. While it would have been great to run in my hometown, that opportunity will be there next year but Boston was not to be missed.
