Quick Update
Had a great time as guide to Myra Rodrigues at the Marathon By The Sea yesterday. We finished upright and smiling in 3:18. This was her second Half Marathon in only 8 days so she (and I) were very pleased with the result. Some pictures and a longer race report will follow when I can find a few minutes.
