Year End
Just back from what will likely be my last run for 2007. It was an absolutely gorgeous afternoon with temp just around 0c and sun shining. I did just over 5k in around 35 minutes. No landspeed record but it felt good to be out.
To start 2008 in the right way, Jill and I will be participating in the Running Room's 5k "Resolution Run" on January 1st. Last year we were in Kelowna for the event but for '08 we will be here in Fredericton.
