Swim Lessons - Part 4

Last night was week 4 of swim class and it was once again a tough workout. We started with a 200m warmup then we did "Fun Fifties" That entailed 12 sets of 50 meter drills. From there it was 3 sets of 75m drills and we finished with a 100m cool down. While these distances don't seem very great I assure you dear readers that it is TOUGH.
