... oops
It's been a long time since I posted on this blog. How do I know? Because my Aunt called yesterday to ask, "How come it's been so long since you wrote on your blog?"
While it has been a busy month, that's no excuse.
My Learn To Run class is nearing the end of Week 2 and so far so good. I have 18 participants which is a great number for this type of class.
A week ago Sunday I did the Terry Fox 5k run here in Fredericton. I think of my Dad (who died of leukemia) every day but especially on Terry Fox run days. Also think of my step-dad Les who died of liver cancer.
This weekend upcoming is the Run For The Cure which raises money for breast cancer research. I'll be there either to spectate or participate.
Exciting news - I have been asked by my friend Myra to be her guide in a triathlon next summer. The triathlon is in Parry Sound, Ontario in July. More details will be posted as they become available.
