25 Years

Today marks 25 years since my father passed away from complications during treatment for leukemia. He was a dedicated runner and so I am, in a sense, simply carrying on the family tradition.

I am going for a run later today in the rain. My 4 miler will be dedicated soley to your dad. I am lucky that I still have both my parents and they are a close part of my whole life.
