Zero to 1650

Last year I came across a swim training plan called "Zero to 1650 In Six Weeks" Tofday I tried the Week 1 workout: 4 x 100m (12 breaths rest between), 4 x 50m (8 breaths), 4 x 25m (4 breaths). In total then I swam 700m. Felt not too bad.

Sounds like a good workout in the pool. I usually just swim laps. I get in 40 or 50. I'll have to try your plan. Also, I still haven't gotten the Spinervals. I just get on the wind trainer for 40 minutes or so and then on the treadmill right after for 2 or 3 miles. I hope that is helping me! Happy birthday to your son. They don't stay young long which means we are getting older. Ha
