Back 'n Bloggin'
In case there is even a single soul out there in cyberspace who is still looking in on this blog, I'm going to try and restart things.
Here are my latest two goals:
1. I will be guiding my blind friend, Myra, in the "Joe's Team Triathlon" on July 11th in Ontario.
2. I will train for and complete the Lobsterman Triathlon (Olympic distance) in Freeport Maine in September.
This weekend marked the official start of my training for goal #2. Did a nice 45 minute bike ride yesterday and a nice 30 minute run today.
