Was on the road for work yesterday so used it as my "rest" day. Today my objective is to get in a 30 minute swim. Looking forward to the UNB 25-year service awards tonight. My department is responsible for organizing it and so I have been asked to offer the grace before dinner. Congratulations to all the faculty and staff being honoured!!
For the triathlon that Iam guiding Myra in, I am required to raise a minimum of $500 for cancer research. Thanks to the folks who have made contributions so far - mom, my brother Bill, my friends Shawn and Tracy and my colleagues in the UNB HR department. As of this morning I am half way to the goal.
