Riding In PEI
As I mentioned in an earlier post, I did some great biking while in PEI. Here is a picture from one of those rides:

Initially started to document my training and fundraising for the 2006 New York City and the 2007 Boston marathon and then for the 2008 Duncan Hadley Sprint Triathlon, it will now serve as a journal about my various activities - swimming, biking and running.
