Joe's Team
Here's a bit about the Joe's Team triathlon that Myra nad I did last year.

Initially started to document my training and fundraising for the 2006 New York City and the 2007 Boston marathon and then for the 2008 Duncan Hadley Sprint Triathlon, it will now serve as a journal about my various activities - swimming, biking and running.
