Vay-Kay
Well faithful readers, as of tonight I am on VACATION for 2 weeks. Yabba Dabba Doo!!
Heading to Prince Edward Island - "the heart of the world, set in the crossroads of the sea" per Anne of Green Gables - where I hope to get in several good long rides, runs and swims. Of course, there will also be lots of rest, relaxation, seafood, family visits, etc.

I'll do my best to hold onto this fabulous weather we've been having on PEI while you're here. Heard you dropped by to see Alex.... he'll be there every Mon-Fri except Gold Cup Parade day (he's running in the Gold Cup Trot ahead of the parade).
