Taper-ing

Started taper-ing on the weekend. Saturday morning I did a short (20k) ride and Sunday a 6k run. Last night I did a comfortable 750m swim after work. I haven't told anyone but I have a couple of little nagging aches - a bit of a pain in the lower left side of my back and what feels like a very slight sprain in my left ankle. I've decided that the best thing to do right now is rest so no more swimming or running until the big day. I do need to make a slight adjustment to my biclycle seat so will try to do that tomorrow evening and then go for a test ride.
